I am the CEO of JP Production, Lead Guitarist and Lead Worship Pastor at Las Cruces First. I started building church teams with my amazing wife in 2009 at our small Church in Zachary, Louisiana. Soon after starting our Second Worship Team in Amarillo, TX, I started to realize the impact a great system can have in attracting new members to Jesus. Our Church needed a new system to help the worship team shine, but we didn't have the budget to hire one of the big guys, so I designed and coordinated the install of our state of the art system which saved our small church over $400,000. Shortly After, we were recruited to do it again at Las Cruces First in New Mexico. I was asked to design and build a state of the art system, and further develop the already successful worship team. During our time at the church we were able to grow our Church Followers from 3,200 members to over 5,800 in just under 14 months.
